Day 2

Today was certainly harder than yesterday but I know it's going to get worse before better.  I woke up very hungry today but felt much better after breakfast.  Dinner time was tough as well but the chocolate protein shake at the end of the night is pulling me through.  2 down and 5 to go on the 500 calorie week.  I'm determined to achieve the average 1st week loss of 7 lbs.

Looking forward to tomorrow and a fresh dose of willpower!
